This course requires a valid 2nd Class Stationary Engineer License. This is the first of two courses required in the Facilities Maintenance Engineering Program to prepare an individual for a 1st Class Stationary Engineer License for the City of Buffalo. Topics will include: A review of Steam Tech 1 & 2, related math topics, expanded coverage of boiler room systems and related electrical and mechanical systems.
Additional Note
This program is designed to prepare individuals for the 2nd Class, and 1st Class stationary Engineering Licensure. Steam Tech 1 through 4 is a pre-requisite for the Facilities Maintenance Engineering Diploma.
