Facilities Maintenance / Management Engineering 1 (Chief Engineer) Course Description The course requires a valid 1st Class Stationary Engineer license with a minimum of 2 years operating experience. This is the first course required in the Facilities Management/ Management Engineering Program to prepare an individual for a Chief Stationary Engineer License for the City of Buffalo. Topics will include management of power plant operations and HVAC systems.
